How do we clean windows? We use something the industry calls "Pure Water" what that actually means is we use a special filter system that makes De-Ionized water, that has 0 Total Dissolved Solids (TDS for short) Why use fancy filters and have completely pure water? Well, Pure Water is the best solvent on the planet! It can dissolve all the dirt, debris, and oil that's stuck to your glass, and wash it away with a little help from a super soft brush and leave a streak and spot free finish with no harsh chemicals like ammonia, no disposable rubber use like most professional squeegees, and no operator risk having to climb up multiple stories up a building just to clean one small window. We can clean up to 3 stories from the ground, and in a fraction of the time compared to traditional mop and squeegee cleaning methods which means you the property owner saves money, all while producing waste water without chemicals which can damage plants, landscaping, and ocean life downstream from your local storm drains.
Now for the REALLY revolutionary part, our proprietary DoubleGlass coating system is an invisible ceramic type coating for coating the exterior of windows which keeps them cleaner longer and helps clean them in a fraction of the time when they do get dirty. In testing on Lower Mainland home skylights, we found that DoubleGlass kept them visibly unobstructed from dirt 3x longer than previous (previous cleanings happened every 1.5 months, now only twice a year) and took half the time to clean. We recommend DoubleGlass for all windows, but the biggest difference we've found is on retail storefronts when coated inside and out, it greatly improved glass clarity and appearance over longer periods of time without cleaning, made retail workers cleaning the interior of the glass more efficient and gave a more clean end result with no special tools or training, and provided some graffiti resistance.
